The view was incredible, and the place felt spacious and comfortable. Wi-Fi was great too. Breakfast was a simple continental spread with limited choices, but still good. Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Olga was such a lovely part of the stay. She handled breakfast and the rooms, was always friendly, and took time to listen. A rare gem. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, and the AC in my room kept the humidity from becoming a real problem. I stayed three nights at 35th atlantic view, with a wonderful view of Lajes Port and the wide ocean from my window. The glass door was a minor drawback: at night, the neighbors' bright light came through and bothered me as a light sleeper. Apart from that, everything was great. I can only recommend it.

The breakfast was simple but okay, and the shower and bed were good. Still, our stay was disappointing. We were in the economy twin room in the basement for one night, and I was glad it was only one. There was a strong mold smell and very poor ventilation. Sound carried badly too: guests checking out at 6 a.m. upstairs woke us, and we could hear everything. The place itself is attractive, and I know there are rooms with nicer views, but for this price I’d suggest the host stop offering this room to guests.

The breakfast was really good and tasty, which is the only reason I’m giving the room 4 stars. It looked nice and was clean, but it was so hot that we had to open the front door and the bathroom window to get enough air. After that, we could breathe normally.
