Good overall, but the Wi-Fi only works in the common areas.

The room was a good size and clean, although the bathroom felt too small. This is an old hotel in a quiet area, and breakfast had a pretty full selection. We brought our dog since pets are allowed, but had to keep him on a leash between reception and the room so he wouldn’t bother guests who don’t like pets. Luckily he weighs just 5 kilos. Otherwise, we’d have had to carry him up to the second floor, as there’s no elevator.

You can visit the Vieira de Leiria and Pedrógao beaches about 10 kilometres away. The hotel has heated pools and a thermal water station, known both in Portugal and abroad. You need to book in advance to use the thermal treatments.

It’s a simple but friendly place, with what you need for a comfortable stay at an affordable price. The location is very good.
