Hotel AS Lisboa

At 0-30 the fire alarm went off, and everyone went downstairs. It continued for 1,5 hours, but there was no word from the staff, who had disappeared. There were people with little babies, and nobody even offered water or anything. We lost a night’s sleep and didn’t get so much as an apology. There was also a payment problem at check-in. They said the connection to Booking hadn’t worked and that I had to pay, so I did. Later I checked and saw Booking had already charged me a week earlier. I spent another 30 minutes trying to sort it out just before rushing to the airport. Again, no apology.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was good, and breakfast was tasty. Booking through the hotel's own website or in person gives you better value than using booking.

What I liked most was the hotel’s position, the view from the skybar, and the massage chair. My bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. I enjoyed my stay and had no complaints.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room was fairly spacious compared with other places at the same price. The bathroom could do with a redesign, but it was okay. There’s a nice rooftop bar too.
