The location worked well for me, with a short drive to the airport and a short walk to the train station. From there it's about 10 minutes into central Lisbon. I felt safe in the area as a solo traveller, and the reception team were friendly and helpful from check-in through checkout. I'd happily stay here again. My room was quiet and well soundproofed, though I occasionally heard a plane in the distance for a moment. The taps and shower worked well and had a good temperature. I slept comfortably. The room smelled lovely, almost like apples, and had a Nespresso machine, Netflix and YouTube on the TV, plus a toothbrush set and hair cap. You can ask reception for other amenities. The air conditioning worked well, and the double bed I requested in advance was provided. I didn't use the gym because I was usually out late, but it's open 24 hours, so hopefully next time. I skipped breakfast too, since I'm not a breakfast person, but I think it costs around €15 per person.

The elevators were the weak point. Sometimes they were slow or didn't work as expected. Otherwise, the hotel was good and close to the airport. Breakfast was good too, and there are a few nearby restaurants a few blocks away that stay open late.

Getting to and from the hotel was easy, and the location is decent. The rooms have the basic equipment, but there's no clothes iron or ironing board. In winter, only the heating setting on the room air conditioning worked. It was set to 21.5°C, which was too warm for me even with the windows open. I was stuck in the elevator for about 30 minutes, waiting until a technician arrived, and missed my dinner reservation. Staff didn't seem aware of what had happened, weren't apologetic, and even chuckled when I told them. The rooms are adequately equipped, but there are better options nearby. I won't be back.

We were there for just one night, and it worked out well for a hotel near the airport. The room was clean and good, though a beeping sound from the hallway went on through the night. The staff, on the other hand, were very nice.

The hotel needs more work, although the rooms have been renovated. Staff were nice, and the gym is really good.
