The room and cleanliness both get 10/10 from me. It was a good value for the money and location, and I’d definitely stay again and recommend it. The view wasn’t the best, but it is what it is. Maintenance and housekeeping get 9.5: the grout around the toilet needs attention, and there was some mould at the shower floor edges and corners. That should be easy to repair and clean. The studio was very spacious, with a sofa bed, big 55 onch TV, a decent-sized fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffeemaker, plates, cups, glasses, and all sorts of kitchen amenities. A jug of fresh cold water waiting in the fridge was especially welcome after a long travel day. There was plenty of closet space, a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows and a nice comforter, plus a roomy bathroom with great water pressure and hot, steamy, even scalding water for people who like very hot showers. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and about the same from Oriente train station. The main drawback is check-in: if you’re not used to using your smartphone for it, or your phone battery dies, you’re in trouble, especially if you haven’t received the access code email. I was told it would arrive within 24 hours of check-in, but it didn’t. When I called, they said it would come on the DAY OF check-in at 3 pm. Keep an eye out for the email. You have to get used to using your smartphone, get the Limehome app and adapt to the new world. 🧐

The apartment is clean, contemporary and comfortable, and the location makes getting around town easy, with immediate access to the metro. But the mobile app access instructions were unclear and out of date. Getting into the room also meant installing two separate apps, one to manage the reservation and another for entry, which felt excessive and made check-in more complicated.

The apartments are modern and nicely located in Lisbon. The rooms were large and very clean, and the kitchen had everything you need, all set out nicely. Definitely worthwhile.

Everything in the apartment is new, the beds are comfortable, and there’s lots of storage. I loved it, especially the terrace with its view and sofas. Looking forward to visiting again!
