ibis Lisboa Parque das Naçoes

Conveniently central, with a relaxing feel and good value for money. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful with every request. Highly recommended!

The agent who checked me in at about 8am on 16 December 2025 kindly let me into a room early. I can’t remember his name, but I was assigned room 201 for one night, and the early access was a huge help. I appreciate the management and owners allowing guests to use rooms early when they’re available. During my time in New York hospitality, I always did the same for early guests. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to people of all kinds. Great experience and about 100% satisfaction.

We stayed five nights and were completely satisfied with the standard room and service. The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. If I return to Lisbon, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

Service was disappointing because the staff wouldn’t accommodate a simple request to leave our bags in the luggage room before check-in. It’s unusual for a large chain like Accor not to offer that standard facility, which seems to be available at pretty much any hotel. That inflexible policy took a lot away from an otherwise good stay. The ibis Lisboa Parque das Nações is conveniently placed near the mall, train station, and former Expo '98 site, with easy access to the airport, which worked well for a vacation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well maintained, and looked recently renovated.
