Jupiter Lisboa Hotel – Rooftop & Spa

We were at the Jupiter Lisboa in late October 2025, my partner and I on our first trip to Lisbon. The hotel helped make the city stay wonderful. It's very well located by a metro line, with shopping areas and convenience stores nearby. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings, modern fittings, a really comfortable bed, and a lovely spotless bathroom. The bathroom door is frosted glass, which was fine for me, though worth knowing if you're sharing with family or a partner. The building felt clean and modern. We ate at local restaurants instead of the hotel, but spent a few afternoons on the rooftop. Everything around the pool looked clean, though it was warm but still too cool for us to swim. The one snag was the AC breaking in our room after about three nights. Staff sent a technician, and it was fixed within an hour. I'd definitely return to Lisbon and stay here again.

The rooftop was the highlight, with two outdoor pools, a mini bar, and an amazing view across the whole city. The hotel felt luxurious, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. It's close to the metro and a little outside the city centre, which made the area quieter and more relaxing. Easily the best hotel we've stayed in. We'd definitely come back.

From the airport it was about 10-15 mins by Uber, costing €10. Reception staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, explaining the dining and spa facilities. I was a bit disappointed to learn the indoor pool cost extra, so check the small print in your booking. The room was very clean, and the keen cleaning staff got in while we were at breakfast to make the bed, tidy up, and replace towels. Breakfast had a great range of hot and cold options, and the dining area was clean and regularly tidied. I'd happily stay again. In warmer weather, I hope to try the rooftop pool, which isn't heated, and the bar.

Getting into Lisbon by bus or Bolt was easy, and the hotel was also close enough to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and breakfast was good. The rooftop pool and bar looked nice, but there was nobody there in February, so we didn't use them. Would recommend.
