The studio was cosy and lovely, and we had a really good stay as a family. Everything was clean, and the staff's communication and support were exceptional. Shops and other amenities were close, about a 10-minute walk to shops and activities. Highly recommend.

We needed somewhere to stay after arriving very late at Lisbon Airport, and Olala homes had by far the best price. The apartment was also the most pleasant and spacious option we found. It was lovely, clean and roomy, with a really nice design throughout. It exceeded my expectations by a long shot. We'll definitely recommend it and book again if we need a place in Lisbon. I stayed alone for two nights. The room was small, but very clean, well designed and just right for a short visit. There was generous cupboard space and an ironing board. It's a short walk to the metro, then about five more minutes to Parque das Nacoes, with lots of restaurants and cafes. Entry is entirely digital, either online or by using codes.

The support was useless. We asked them to extend the luggage storage hours and address the mold, but all we got were generic, copy-pasted ChatGPT messages. The luggage room had no surveillance or liability and closed at 17.00, so we paid 13 euros nearby to store our bags rather than risk theft or have to return from town before it closed. There was mold throughout the bathroom and main room. The walls were dirty (see pictures), and the ceiling was deliberately left unfinished, apparently so you couldn't see the mold. I could feel my eyes and nose getting itchy. The bathroom door often got stuck. They never cleaned the room, changed towels, or replenished the coffee or water. There's no washing machine on site, and nearby laundry cost around 14 euros to wash and dry a few clothes. We paid 149 euro per night for all this.
