Mini Hostel In Lisbon

We found this Mini Hostel at the last minute when our plans changed and we needed somewhere to stay the night, rest, and reorganize our luggage. Anna was so welcoming and kind when we arrived. It's a lovely little hostel for travellers with pets. The rooms were clean, with plenty of space and privacy. Each room has its own lock, so I didn't have to worry about our cats getting out when we left. There are a couple of markets just a few doors down where we got supplies for the cats, plus some lovely little cafés for breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!

Getting around was easy since the train station is close by. The rooms, though, had a cigarette smell, and the rest of the place smelled bad too. I have animals at home and can usually handle animal odors, but I couldn't tell if this was from the animals or the toilets. I held my breath walking through the areas outside the room and kitchen. I also never heard back from the booking platform or WhatsApp. It would be better to send guests the entry codes for both the building and the hostel when they book.

Trash was scattered around a very dirty room. Mrs Anna was rude and unhelpful. When I got robbed, she said it wasn't her business.

The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, plus coffee, tea and water from the owner, so we only had to buy food to cook or prepare. The room worked perfectly for our conference, and there was a relaxing outdoor seating area. The owner was extremely helpful and nice. Good value for money.
