Amanda left our room spotless and tidy, and I really appreciated having towels and water available in the gym. The restaurant food was good, and breakfast had a nice range, including fresh fruit. The woman at reception with curly hair, sorry, I don't know her name, did so much to make us feel welcome and valued. Great hotel and service, and I'll look at NH hotel options next time.

The airport is fairly close, so we could hear planes landing, which was the downside. Otherwise, our two days here were lovely. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and breakfast was huge, with pasteis de nata and other local treats. There are two metro stations and a train station nearby. The sights, tram 28, and Lisbon's lovely neighborhoods were about 20-30 minutes away.

The staff were the best part for us, so kind and respectful. We spent three days here, and the food, cleanliness, and quality were all excellent. Thanks to the hotel for making our time in Lisbon so pleasant and memorable.

I wasn't feeling well during the stay, and the staff were really kind and helpful. The service was perfect throughout. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. The location worked well between the airport and the university, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The metro is right outside, with bus stops nearby and the train station a block away. We also took Uber to the main attractions a few times, and it was only 5-6 euros since they weren't far. There are some good restaurants around, too. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was very clean and smelled lovely. I'd definitely recommend it.
