We rented all the apartments for our group, and the conditions were normal for a large group at a good price. There were issues with dampness and smell, but I don't understand all the hate this place gets.

If you've always dreamed of paying to sleep in an illegal nightclub run by people who seem to hate quiet, this place is an extraordinary experience. The photos may suggest a cosy space, but the reality is far more immersive: doors slamming constantly, parties that go on and on, and people shouting late into the night. Rest seems to be optional here. What's striking is how normal all this appears to be. Nobody steps in or keeps things under control, and whatever respect there might be disappears faster than the soundproofing, which I suspect never existed. So if you want sleepless nights, constant stress, and the feeling of being trapped in a chaotic reality show at 4 a.m., congratulations, you've found the ideal spot. For anyone who values peace, comfort, or just keeping their sanity, I strongly recommend looking anywhere else on the planet. One star only because I can't give zero.

We liked everything: the place itself is good, the location is good, and the service over WhatsApp was good too. I don't understand why some bitter people give a good place a bad rating. I've got nothing to complain about.
