Radisson Blu Hotel

The service and breakfast were great. The rooms were pretty worn, though still okay. It’s near the airport, but feels remote from everything else, and getting there from the airport by Metro takes a long time. Still, a good hotel.

I stayed in Lisbon twice, first just one night before flying to Madeira, then for a day and a half. I wanted a hotel near the airport to avoid traffic and a long commute on top of the airport wait. It’s about 10 minutes away by Uber or Bolt, and getting a shared ride is easy. There isn’t much nearby, but rides are reasonably priced in Lisbon. For the price and airport convenience, I’d stay again. The website mentions an airport shuttle, but I believe it only runs from 6-10am and comes every 30 minutes. I emailed twice to reserve one and never got a reply, so I assumed they didn’t really offer it. Getting an Uber or Bolt was no problem, though. The staff were nice and helpful when I arrived and left. The lobby waiting area is large, and there’s a restaurant. I’m not sure if breakfast was included in my booking. My friend said she was told it was complimentary, but I didn’t get to eat there or ask. The room was okay, clean, with comfortable beds and good water pressure.

Marco made a big difference during my stay. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped with everything from the garage arrangements to public transport and local sightseeing tips. The service was outstanding. The hotel is excellent, close to the airport and still well connected to the city center. Thank you!

I stayed at Radisson Blu near Lisbon Airport for two nights before flying back to Dubai, and it was one of my worst hotel stays. The room was spacious but dated, and the service was extremely disappointing. The Wi-Fi barely worked on any of our three devices. When we called reception, they sent a technician who argued instead of helping. He insisted there was no internet problem and told us to get our phones checked at a mobile shop. That was completely unacceptable. When I reported his behavior to reception, they said they couldn’t do anything and suggested we could leave if we weren’t happy. Their attitude and lack of support made the stay very frustrating. I can’t recommend the hotel. The old room, poor service, and unhelpful staff turned what should have been a convenient airport stay into a stressful one.
