The staff made our visit with two colleagues a superb experience. The rooms were very spacious and looked comfortable, and the hotel has various amenities for guests. A special thank you to João Santos and Marta Afonso, who welcomed us and helped at reception, manager Filomena Sanches, who assisted us in the afternoon and showed us our rooms, and sir Abílio Mendes, who welcomed us too. They were all warm and kind, always ready to help, and made our time as enjoyable as possible. Their attitude reflects wonderfully on the hotel's image. I definitely recommend it for a future stay.

I hope our team gets to return to SANA Metropolitan Hotel, and I wish the staff all the best. We felt very well cared for, and it was lovely to meet managers Filomena Sanches and Abílio Mendes. The service was the most exquisite I've ever received, from the front desk through management. Everyone was kind and attentive to customer service. I especially want to recognize receptionists Marta Afonso and João Santos for helping our team so professionally and discreetly.

The hotel's thoughtful follow-up made a real difference to my stay. Even though the EV charging spot was taken by a car that wasn't charging, with plenty of parking spaces available, the team offered to move my car overnight so it could charge. That kind of care is rare. I recently stayed at the Sana Metropolitan Lisboa and had an outstanding experience. The service was the best I've encountered in quite some time. Carolina Gomes and the rest of the team were readily available, prompt, and genuinely attentive. A very positive review, and well deserved. I highly recommend the hotel.

10/10
The neighborhood was pleasant, with restaurants, convenience stores, and laundromats nearby, and the hotel was conveniently close to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff made the stay even better. In particular, Inês and Joana at the front desk greeted me with warm smiles and waves that brightened my day. They were incredibly welcoming and their help was invaluable. I really appreciated all their tips on places to eat, sights to see, and things to know around the neighborhood.

The hotel is charming and the staff are exceptionally courteous. The restaurant was quite satisfactory, but the buffet didn't have a wide choice of food. It could use more fresh salads and vegetarian dishes. All in all, a commendable hotel.
