UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS!! ⚠️ The problem started at check-in in Lisbon, when I found the advertised Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Sofia, the owner, said she’d sort it out in a few hours. After I waited a whole day, I was told it wouldn’t be fixed and that I had to leave. Neighbors told me the Wi-Fi had already been down for at least two days before I arrived, and that Sofia knew about it but hadn’t told me. Then Sofia called me, shouting and demanding my immigration details so she could report me to the authorities. She sent several people to my door, where they banged and demanded that I leave. I felt threatened and unsafe. I left within 15 minutes, under a lot of stress, and still haven’t received the refund I was promised. It was a terrible, disturbing, unprofessional, and dangerous experience. I’ll file a complaint with the Portuguese authorities. I don’t recommend this accommodation to anyone. No guest should be treated this way.
