The rooms are small but neat and cozy, and the price is good for what you get. Bathrooms and toilets are shared, and one of the second-floor bathroom locks was a bit unreliable, though staff tried to fix it. The walls are thin enough that you hear water running through the pipes and toilets flushing. Breakfast is available as a paid extra. The neighborhood feels nice and typical, with a good connection on tram 15E.

The place was spotless, the instructions easy to follow, and communication was great. Breakfast was fantastic.

I couldn’t sleep because people in the next room were smoking, playing loud music, and talking loudly all night. The smoke set off my asthma, and with walls this thin, you can hear everything. My ground-floor room also had a flimsy door, and guests kept knocking to ask if I worked there. The sheets smelled damp. It was awful, though the hotel cancelled my booking without charge.

The reception staff were very kind, and I thought the place was fine for a few nights on my own. My room was humid, though, and the ventilation wasn’t good.

For a night or two, the location works well, and Cafe Social Eatery next door does amazing breakfasts. The room is as intimate as it looks in the photo, with the shower in the room and no bathroom door. I had a positive stay overall. There’s no in-person reception, but they respond well on WhatsApp. The bedrooms aren’t soundproof.
