The lovely wines make the experience even better, and Lisbon helps too. The guest house was tidy and comfortable, with a great location and great hosts. Loved it, highly recommend.

Getting around was easy, with public transport nearby and the city center, nightlife, river attractions, and Lx factory all within reach. The place in Alcântara was clean and cosy, and the staff were friendly and polite. Really good value for the price.

The wine theme felt crass and could definitely be triggering for someone recovering from alcoholism. One bathroom was damp and mouldy, which wasn't surprising given the lack of ventilation, and the incontinence mattress protectors were annoying.
