The mountain views from this beautiful spot are lovely. The owner made me feel welcome, and was friendly and attentive. I wish I’d had more time here. Definitely worth a visit.

We booked four rooms for a bachelor party and had a great time. The owner was kind and paid attention to what we needed, even extending our checkout. We went trekking around Lousã, spent time at the river beach, and finished with a barbecue at casa da Eira. The place is clean, quiet, and well equipped for a relaxing stay with a partner or friends. One room has three beds if you’re bringing a child. There’s an EV charger at the property, but you need to park by the front entrance to use it.

A friendly, family-run hotel in a wonderful location, and a lovely place to relax. In summer you can swim at the nearby river beach, while in winter it’s a good spot to curl up by the fire. Highly recommended.

The inner courtyard is a lovely little oasis for relaxing in the Portuguese sun. Casa Da Eira is wonderful, and the owners greet you with smiles and make you feel right at home. Highly recommended.
