Casa Princesa Peralta

A very comfortable stay, quiet and peaceful. Sr. Paulo was really friendly.

Everything was clean and well organized, and the calm setting was just what we needed to properly rest. The house was exceptionally comfortable and had all the amenities. Sr Paulo was kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything. Many thanks, senhor Paulo. A big hug, and all the best.

We chose to rent all the rooms so we could have the whole house to ourselves, without sharing the kitchen or living room with strangers. It turned out to be a good experience, and I'd recommend a peaceful night surrounded by nature for anyone who hasn't been to Talasnal. We were celebrating my birthday, and it was a lovely choice. Sr Paulo Peralta was easy to reach, and se Mário came to welcome us and explain the house. The decor was very nice, and we had everything we needed and more. One bedroom is separate from the main house, reached through a back door. There was plenty of firewood, though it was a bit damp. The fireplace is mostly decorative and doesn't really heat the room. Every bedroom has air conditioning for colder nights, and there were extra blankets and pillows. The shower enclosures leaked, leaving the floor a little wet after bathing.

We recently stayed at Casa Princesa Peralta with friends, and after one problem after another, I'm sure I'll never return. Nobody met us when we arrived, so we had to sort everything out by phone. The internet barely worked during our stay, and one bedroom had poor ventilation for sleeping, lots of damp, and a hard-to-tolerate smell. We were told at booking that breakfast was included. The next morning we waited until 10, then had to call to ask what was wrong. They told us breakfast was NEVER included at the price we'd paid. Imagine dealing with that with three children, two under 5. It's a shame, but I simply won't go back.
