The fresh, seasonal breakfast was wonderful, served by the loveliest hosts, with their super cute dog faísca there too. The starry night completely won us over. O palheiro do malgas has gone straight onto my list of best places I’ve stayed. The location is incredible, and the quiet all around is even better, with no noise pollution, just a perfect spot to switch off. They lend you bikes to explore the area, especially cabril, a nearby river with a breathtaking view. Being surrounded by nature was perfect.
