About the TEA HOUSE only: There’s a charming vintage feel, with quite a few alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from. Meal choices are limited, though the desserts looked delicious. We didn’t try them. The gin and tonic deserves a special mention, one of the best I’ve ever had.

The tapas and drinks were fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and attentive, and they really listened. A great spot to rest and recharge.

We joked about trying to take the cook with us, but her big, strong husband wouldn’t let us 😄. Her cakes were amazing, and the staff were so kind and friendly. It’s a beautiful place with a great tea selection. We even considered staying another night just to have more cake. A must-stop on your way through town. Thanks to everyone for such a lovely time!!! 😀

We were too full to try the cakes and pastries, though they looked delicious. The salads are generous, and there’s bruschetta and a range of starters. On a hot day, the lemonade was so refreshing. A good-value choice for a simple lunch, dinner, or just coffee.
