I’d happily stay here again when I’m near Lagos. It’s a well-run, well-maintained complex about a 15-minute drive from central Lagos, with plenty of free on-site parking for a rental car. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, effective air conditioning, a mini fridge, a safe, and lots of closet space. The back patio faced the landscaped garden and pool. The bathroom had a hair dryer and soap dispenser, plus excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff were courteous, professional, and spoke English.

The rooms are large and comfortable, with balconies overlooking a huge outdoor pool, and the staff are beyond excellent. The location is outside central Luz, which helps keep nights quiet, but makes dinner harder. The bar closes on Mondays, so you’ll need to walk into town. There’s also nowhere to make a drink or snack in the room, since there are no kettles, coffee makers, or even cups. That could be better for the steady flow of hikers using the Trail. Still, the service and rooms are great, and the shower is a treat, with divine water pressure and a ceiling-mounted “rain shower”.

We had a comfortable short stay. Our room was spacious and looked out over the lovely pool area. The receptionist was very friendly and check-in was efficient. The downside was that there was no kettle for making a cup of tea.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful, 100000% : ) It’s a peaceful place with a refreshing pool, and the location works well even without a car, with a bus stop just three minutes away. The bed felt a bit too hard for my taste, though it didn’t bother me much. I’ll definitely come back :)

The rooms are quite large and have a nice shower. A construction site beside the pool made it less relaxing than it could have been. It’s a bit far from the beach, but there’s a bus stop nearby. Pretty good for the price.
