Really kind, welcoming staff, and the hotel was clean and cozy. It’s a great option if you’re on a low budget, with good value for the price. The location is convenient too, near a supermarket and a short walk from the bus station. Getting to Porto’s city center from here is easy. I definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were good, and breakfast was simple but nice. The room and bathroom were really noisy, though, and you could hear everything from other rooms and floors. There was no water in the shower early in the morning. Room 101 also needs maintenance.

The service was exceptionally kind and courteous, and they can adjust breakfast time to suit your needs. Breakfast is included, although it was very simple, and there’s no tea or water in the rooms. The airport is conveniently close, rooms were clean, and the price was reasonable. On the downside, the hotel and surrounding area aren’t great. The building and rooms are old, the equipment is outdated, and some walls and furniture are damaged. At night, noise from the elevator, showers, and other equipment was high.

Josh at the front desk was one of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve met in hospitality. We stayed with family on the last day of our trip to Portugal, and the large rooms seemed well maintained. The hotel was super clean and built with energy efficiency and environmental care in mind. It’s a 5-minute drive from Porto airport, with a few free spaces behind the building and parking along the street too. Breakfast was decent, and they offered to serve us before the usual hours for an early flight. We were told the fresh baked items arrive from the bakery around 5 am each day, and they really were fresh. Great value, and I’d recommend it and come back.
