The staff were so kind and ready to help. When I lost my shark plushie, the restaurant staff suggested checking reception and were really sympathetic. Reception had it because someone had turned it in, and they told me where it had been found. Everyone was so happy for me when I got it back. Thanks again, it means a lot to me :) My family and I spent two amazing weeks at Orbitur. We left our tents most afternoons to explore, and nothing was ever moved or stolen. There's a great pool with a slide, plus a quiet room with a pool table and an arcade room with pinball, air hockey, and more.

We brought a tent, so I can't say what the rooms are like. The animators who worked from 3-8 August deserve a round of applause. They're really dedicated. The WCs get dirty as the day goes on, although there are always women cleaning them. Order food like grilled chicken ahead of time if you want it ready for lunch or dinner. The girls in the cafeteria are very chatty and can be a bit slow sometimes 😁, but we had a nice experience overall.

A lovely spot under the trees, with a huge pool and supervision. The old sanitary facilities are cleaned very often throughout the day. Nice place to stay.

The facilities are nice, but the quiet hours after 11 pm aren't respected by everyone. People came back from a bar at 3 am and talked extremely loudly, so I had a bad experience with the noise around me.
