The location is a real gem, just 100 m from the beach. Staff and front desk were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. The room was flawless, with a chic, exclusive feel and amenities to match. The gym equipment and experience could perhaps use an upgrade. I’ll be back.

The hallway scent was amazing, I’d love to know what perfume or fragrance you use. The welcome port wine at check-in was tasty and a lovely surprise. Staff were incredibly sweet, the room was cleaned perfectly, and every detail had been taken care of. I had such a pleasant stay and would recommend the place again and again. I’ll be sure to return when I’m in Porto.

The staff were quick to sort things out whenever we needed help, and they were friendly and attentive throughout. The service felt quite luxurious, even though the hotel seems geared more toward business trips. Staying here is a great choice in Matosinhos.

The room had the essentials covered, including a coffee maker, iron, TV and hair dryer, plus air conditioning and a comfortable bed. It felt cozy, and there are restaurants and other things nearby. The place was tidy and comfortable, and there’s a Christmas market close by during the winter holidays. I’ll definitely come back.

The location made getting around easy. It’s only a couple of short blocks from the water, with restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a grocery store across the parking lot, Pingo Deuce, if I’ve got the spelling right. The rooms and staff were great, and the prices were very affordable. For a few euros, bus 500 stops on the hotel side of the street between the hotel and Pingo Deuce and takes the scenic route. Ride to the end, get off and walk around Porto, then hop back on.
