Parking our hire car on the road outside was easy. Inside, the house and rooms felt luxurious and spotless, with lovely high-spec decor, a super-comfy bed and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The host was genuinely welcoming and even arranged a vegan breakfast for us at short notice.

The pool was a lovely place to spend some time, and breakfast was so good I wanted more, especially the homemade jams prepared by the person in charge. The renovation and decor also stood out, respecting the age of the space while giving it beautiful details. Such a peaceful little oasis. I’d recommend it to couples. Excellent.

We really enjoyed both the accommodation and the warm service. Ana went out of her way to look after our stay at this little oasis in a region of our country that deserves to be visited, despite having so few quality places to stay.

The pool area was so quiet, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. Everything, from the shared spaces to the rooms, towels and linens, was impeccably clean. We loved how the modern decor keeps the history of the old Casa do Cedro alive, and every detail felt carefully considered. Ana was so kind and friendly, and took care of everything even though our stay was brief. Breakfast was wonderful too. The smell of freshly baked croissants is something we'll remember. Thank you, Ana, it was a pleasure sharing this place with such lovely, dedicated people. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay 🤍✨🥐🫶🏻
