The rustic feel of Casa do Campo Colmeal made the wedding stay special, and breakfast was a hit with everyone. We booked 14 rooms for our guests on the wedding night, and they were happy with them. A few rooms lacked air conditioning, but the cool night breeze kept things comfortable. We’re especially grateful to Sr Jorge for being so kind and attentive. I’d recommend Casa do Campo Colmeal for a charming, down-to-earth stay.

The manager, george, was always there when we needed anything, and even helped us wash our car on site. We had a really warm welcome at Case de Campo Colmeal, and our clean, nicely decorated room was up to standard. There’s a lovely pool and a quiet place to sit, and breakfast was great. We had a perfect stay and I’d come back if I get the chance.

We only had one night here and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The breakfast was great, and the staff were excellent. It’s a quiet, charming family Quinta in the middle of nowhere, with newly renovated rooms and comfortable beds. For a proper Portuguese dinner, Primavera is just a three-minute walk away. The best!

Jorge was incredibly thoughtful and kind. The country house itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms, generous breakfast, and lovely shared spaces that are full of history. Highly recommend!

A quiet boutique hotel with plenty of spots to unwind, and the service was excellent. The flies around the pool bothered us quite a bit. There was no WiFi in the bedroom or by the pool. Breakfast was pictured during Covid.
