Apartamento Casablanca by ABH

After just three nights we had to leave because the room was uninhabitable. The hotel was infested with bed bugs, and our holiday was completely ruined. I was covered in painful bites and felt traumatised. We threw away nearly all our clothes and belongings to avoid bringing the infestation back to the UK, which cost us a lot financially and emotionally. Worrying that we might have brought bed bugs home has been extremely stressful. The hotel showed no urgency or care for our health and safety. Its response was completely unacceptable. This was a serious health and hygiene failure, not an isolated issue or a small inconvenience. If you care about your wellbeing, belongings, and peace of mind, don’t stay until the hotel can prove it’s completely pest-free and properly managed.

The reception staff and kitchen were really nice and helpful, which makes the state of the hotel a shame. Breakfast was below average, with little variety and awful drinks. Cleaning was the worst part. There were ants everywhere. Twice we had to ask for towels that hadn’t been changed, the ashtray went unemptied for days, and two cups we used on arrival stayed on the table all week. We also had to request tissues and a hair dryer. There were stains on the sheets and towels, and mold in the bathroom, among other things. This place could have real potential.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast, which was sooo good! The hotel is very nice and stylish, with a real Moroccan vibe. The woman at reception was lovely, smiley, and helpful.

A great little hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was good quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
