The spa is good and very peaceful, and the sauna is nicely maintained. The food is really good too, try the shrimp.

It was apparently a four-star place when it first opened 15 years ago, but the lack of maintenance is showing and that feels like ancient history now. The staff service is good, and the rooms are clean.

A nice hotel in a quiet spot just outside the small village. My room was nice and the breakfast buffet was okay. There was some corridor traffic outside my room, mostly ladies in bathrobes heading to or returning from the spa in the basement. Funny.

The rooms are great, the surroundings are okay, and for the price the hotel offers good value. Breakfast was good enough, with fresh food served well. We did run into a couple of problems, though. There was so much chlorine in the outdoor pool that we couldn’t keep our eyes open while swimming or diving. The hotel also seemed short on staff. Maybe we were just unlucky with the timing, because the place has a lot of potential.

We came just for the spa after reading good reviews, but it turned out to be one of the worst spa places I’ve been to. There was no light in the bathroom, so I had to go ask for one, and there was no water cooler. The Turkish sauna wasn’t working, and the service guy couldn’t help when we asked. The outdoor pool was dirty too, which made it funny when the receptionist said we could give it a try. The sauna and jacuzzi were okay.
