Palmares Beach, Golf & Dream

We had to leave the house after just 12 hours because it was moldy. Rainwater had already formed puddles on the kitchen and living room floors, and the doors and windows leaked badly. In the living room, water ran beneath the wooden floor, with no way to dry it out later. Even a little knowledge of mold makes it easy to imagine what it’s like underneath. The owner offered us a cheaper house, but got angry and upset when we asked for the difference between the more expensive and cheaper places. We advise choosing somewhere else with a serious, responsible landlord.

There’s a lot of construction work going on, and it looks like this could be an excellent destination in the future. It’s a great course to play, with lovely greens and some excellent coastal views.

The rest was good, and it was a nice villa for a pleasant stay. The kitchen didn’t work, though, and the swimming pool wasn’t heated.

I loved playing the golf course. It’s a very nice place.
