2/10
The location is wonderful, surrounded by nature and very peaceful, just right for relaxing and switching off. The room was in bad shape, with mould and paint peeling off. There was broken glass in the bathroom wall, too. We lost power for two hours and couldn't use any of the facilities, including the hot tub in our room, which we had paid extra for. The sauna and Turkish bath weren't working. We had to ask for repairs. They got the sauna going, but the Turkish bath never worked and was in poor condition. The massage was okay, though they forgot to offer tea afterwards. The snack bar was closed, and the restaurant only opened for dinner. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute drive away, something that wasn't clearly explained. There was even a flyer saying the snack bar and restaurant were open for lunch in February, but that wasn't true. The rooms are very expensive for what you get.

The staff were genuinely lovely, and both the location and the rooms were great. Breakfast was lovely too. Still, there's a huge gap in what the hotel offers as a spa. We never saw anyone from the 'Spa Team', not even a receptionist. When we tried to arrange a massage, they asked for 12 hours' notice, our email address, and mobile numbers, but we never heard back. That's madness and no way to run a business. The 'restaurant' stayed closed the whole time we were there, so we had to drive to the nearest town for dinner. We came here for a retreat, after all. There is so much potential to make this place beautiful, but they haven't done it yet.

I keep coming back and have done so often over the last few years. It's always a pleasure. The air feels clean and natural, with eucalyptus in it. It's quiet, the service and staff are high quality, and the prices are good.

A really comfortable bed and spacious rooms made the stay great. The hotel is peaceful, tucked into nature, and the spa is free. Good choice, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Not a bad place overall, but the hotel looks a little shabby inside and the pool area was a bit dirty. The restaurant food is somewhat overpriced. A ham and cheese toast, for instance, costs 7 euros.
