The quiet of Alentejo and the lovely surroundings made this such a restful few days. Catarina was so caring and welcoming, and I looked forward to that breakfast every morning. I had a wonderful time and will definitely come back, even for a random weekend just to relax. Thank you, Catarina xx

The breakfast alone deserves its own mention: fresh-made bread, raspberry juice, and the best pancakes I've ever had, all prepared with care and quality ingredients. Catarina has a rare mix of professionalism and real warmth. Her thoughtful attention and constant smile make you feel at home, and it's clear she loves welcoming people. Montinho is absolutely peaceful, and the architecture is charming, but Catarina is the true heart of the place. I almost didn't leave a review because I worry I won't be able to book one of her precious little houses next time. Congratulations, Catarina. Your Casa no Montinho is more than a place to stay, it's a happy memory.
