The hosts made us feel at home from the start, and the homemade food was delicious, full of those authentic flavors. Our room was spotless and really spacious. They were so kind and helpful, even taking care of our laundry. When I got a blister, the lady helped treat it, and I was able to walk again the next day without trouble. Casa da Capela is a charming, warm, genuinely Portuguese guesthouse. We'd love to come back someday. 💛

My aunt was badly affected by blisters, and the owners immediately arranged a taxi so she could get proper care. Their kindness really stayed with us. We also loved the homemade food, which was the best we had on our journey, and the house felt peaceful and cared for in every detail. From arrival, they treated us like family. Casa da Capela was easily our favorite place on the whole Camino. It restores you after the walk and lifts your spirits. Don't miss it if you're walking the Camino.

After a long day walking, relaxing by the pool was just what we needed. The host is so friendly, and her homemade yogurt is incredible. Rustic, but really pleasant. Definitely a place you shouldn't miss.

After a day of walking, a swim in the pool was a great way to recover. The food was lovely, as was the wine made by the family. Our accommodation was fresh and clean, and Margarita greeted us with such a fun, bubbly welcome. Highly recommended.

The double room we stayed in was clean, as were the bathroom and shared spaces. This is a quiet rural spot that works really well for people walking the Portuguese Caminho. The owners live there and are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of facilities: a pool, laundry, dining room, BBQ and charcoal grill, outdoor dining space, and drinks at reasonable prices in the shared fridge. Breakfast and dinner are available at the hotel, but you need to arrange the meals with them.
