10/10
We came for just two nights, arriving on a Tuesday, and planned to use the place as a base for a nearby business meeting. We liked it enough to keep extending our stay until Saturday. The biggest appeal is how peaceful it is. The house is spacious, clean, and full of light, with a huge garden. We were there in winter, so we didn’t use the outdoor pool. It was a very positive experience for both body and mind, and we’ll be back.

The peaceful feel and welcoming atmosphere made this a memorable place to stay in Paredes de Coura. Quinta das Marinhas de Paredes de Coura has a spacious garden, a basketball court and a barbecue area, and the three-storey house seems especially suited to summer holidays with children. There’s a lovely mix of quiet and useful amenities.

The beds could use an upgrade, especially the one in the upstairs bedroom. Still, it’s a pretty place to unwind, and I enjoyed my stay quite a bit.

A nice spot to spend time together or just relax. The beds could be better, though.

The breakfast was enormous, and the facilities were great.
