For six years now, I’ve returned here each fall with a group, and my clients and I have always been very happy. Vitor and Rosa provide excellent service, the rooms are clean, and the food is superb. It’s a lovely family-run hotel beside a small lake and right next to the national park, making it convenient for trips into the park or down to Braga. Many thanks to Vitor and Rosa.

We stopped for lunch, and the sea bass and tuna salad were great, made with very fresh ingredients and prepared well. The homemade chocolate mousse was great too, and the service was very friendly.

The food is the best part for me, and the views are great too. It’s a super relaxed hotel, and there’s a bus stop nearby with access to Braga and Vila do Gerês. I love this place.

Vitor, Rosa, and their family have created something special with this hotel and restaurant. You really need to visit to see and taste it for yourself. It was such a treat, with the best culinary experience I’ve had and some of the loveliest people. Obrigado Obrigado Obrigado

The restaurant is especially good, everything was so delicious. I really recommend trying the veal with mushroom sauce. Loved this place!
