A great experience, way out in the middle of nowhere.

The pool and its breathtaking view were a highlight, and we especially liked the little terrace. The restored traditional house is beautiful, with lovely bathrooms and quality amenities. We were welcomed warmly, and the owner’s homemade cake was delicious. The breakfast basket had plenty of variety and generous portions. We’ll definitely return.

The cake prepared by Sr Mário’s wife was waiting for us, and it was delicious. There was fruit, coffee, tea and bread too. We had a really lovely few days at "casa da porta amarela". The house has great facilities, the pool has a fantastic view, and it was so peaceful. Sr Mário was wonderful, gave us plenty of information and tips, and was always available. MARVELOUS really sums up our experience. Thanks to the whole team, and congratulations. We’ll definitely come back 😊

I loved this house and the pool. It had such good taste and everything was spotless. This is the best local accommodation I’ve stayed in, even though it wasn’t my first choice for a place to stay. I could only say, I want a house like this!

The owners’ personal touch is what makes the stay for me. They’re hospitable, make you feel truly welcome, and are ready to help you enjoy the area and your vacation. It feels like staying at a friend’s home. The houses are perfect, and the pool has beautiful views too. We’ll certainly be back.
