The setting is breathtaking, and the rooms are beautiful. They really pay attention to every detail here. Breakfast is legendary, and the hospitality is hard to put into words. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed, highly recommend.

There are just five rooms, all with amazing river views, and the scenery is beautiful. The hotel’s decor and design feel special. We stayed in the exclusive suite right by the main pool, and everything was so peaceful. Breakfast was WOW, and Liliana and Manuela looked after us wonderfully. We’ll definitely come back. One thing to know: the road down to the lower parking area is steep, so it’s not great for low cars. If your vehicle sits low, park above the hotel.

We had a brilliant weekend here. Lilliana was kind and helpful, with great suggestions for hikes, wineries, and food in the area. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful, and we enjoyed both the breakfast and the kayaks. Highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I had an amazing stay. The suite was fantastic, with lovely interior design and a beautiful river view. Waking up there was a pleasure every day. All the staff were really nice, and the restaurant was great too.

We enjoyed kayaking on the river Douro and found the location and views from both swimming pools really peaceful. There’s also a hike up to a lookout deck on the mountain behind the accommodation. Manuella made us feel very welcome, and the food from Sirga was beautifully presented, with tasty wine. We really enjoyed our stay.
