The rooms are large and have a beautiful view, and the staff are super nice. It may be the best hotel in Peniche, though the place felt a bit worn. Breakfast was average. The doors are thin, so you can hear every step in the corridor.

A great place, with great staff. Daniel in the Restaurant was especially kind and helpful, and the food was amazing. Highly recommended.

I lost my holiday in Portugal because of how badly they handled my booking. Even after I called several times to check everything was in order, they repeatedly failed to send the confirmation email because they'd recorded my email address incorrectly. Instead of correcting it, they cancelled the booking and then said they were fully booked. The reception staff weren't helpful and couldn't offer any solution. The manager refused to speak with me directly and hid behind a request to communicate by email. Their booking system is archaic and completely unreliable. You could arrive and find you don't have a reservation. They were utterly unprofessional and careless, with no accountability. They took down my details wrong, cancelled my booking, left me without my holiday, and refused to fix their own mistake. Avoid this place at all costs.

We paid for a four-star stay, but what we found didn’t feel worth that price. The location is very good and our room was clean, yet there were several maintenance issues: mosaic pieces were coming loose from the outdoor pool floor, the ceiling tiles in our room were cracked, and both the towel shelf and showerhead were fitted very loosely. The staff seemed friendly, though the bartender didn’t speak English, so we managed with Google Translate. They also reply in Portuguese, as they don’t seem to have the language skills. My partner was with me and saw all of this too. I have photos and videos if needed. The amount we paid shouldn’t mean loose stones in the pool. 😂
