The house has clearly been set up with travelers in mind. There’s a coworking space, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely terrace, bike parking, and a surfboard rack, so it has what you need for a short or longer stay. Some mornings there was lovely handmade pastry too. The host was lovely, and the location is just right between the beach and the center of Ferrel. Obrigada!

The hostess was so kind, attentive to requests, and always happy to share advice. There were often handmade desserts for everyone, and there’s plenty of street parking if you need it. It was an unforgettable stay in a spacious, typically Portuguese house, beautifully decorated and just steps from central Ferrel, with Baleal a short distance away. The house has everything, including a coworking space, kitchen, and terrace.

I felt like part of the family during the few moments we spent together. They welcomed me so warmly that I felt they’d known me for ages, even though we’d only exchanged a few messages. Ocean House is as lovely as ever, beautifully decorated, clean, and smelling wonderful. They also let me leave my bike and surfboards there safely for future visits, free of charge. Maybe I’ll come back again this year.
