It was right downtown in Ponte De Lima, close to attractions, restaurants, shops, the pharmacy, churches, and more. My friend and I had planned one night here as a stop on the Camino Portuguese, but we liked it enough to stay another night. What began as a humble grocery store is now an artsy boutique hotel where history, personal passion, and creative design come together. Rodrigo, the owner, Juliana at reception, and her mom Eva were all lovely, pleasant, and accommodating. They made sure we had what we needed and were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful too. I highly recommend this charming hotel ❤️

The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and the rooms are finished to a high standard. It's privately owned and run by the family who have lived there. The host and his family couldn't do enough for us, and breakfast was really good. It's an ideal base for exploring Ponte de Lima. I'd highly recommend it.

In the old town, this lovely family-run hotel had very clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, efficient staff. The continental breakfast was yummy.

We had a second-floor room with balconies on two sides, looking down towards the river and the mountains beyond. The location was great, and the air conditioning was appreciated. There was also a guest kitchen and lounge. The breakfast room feels like a museum, full of grocery-store memorabilia. The owner looked after us well. Nothing to fault.
