The houses are roomy and comfortable, though I have to say the decor is terrible. The staff are very sweet, and this landscape feels like a little paradise if you're looking to recharge. We had breakfast fixings and fresh bread delivered to the room in the morning, plus the little infinity pool and tennis court. Our stay was short, but we'd love to come back for a few restful days away from it all. Highly recommended.

Set near Portalegre in the Alentejo, Casa da Urra sits among beautiful natural surroundings and blends thoughtfully into the landscape. It's a peaceful place to get away, with a spacious venue for weddings and other events. The property offers both agrotourism and wine tourism. It could suit a romantic break, a family holiday, or a special celebration.
