Our duplex had two pleasant terraces and got lovely sun. It was quiet in terms of Portimao's crowds, and a handy base for reaching the beaches quickly, with parking for the car in its box. The surrounding area itself was noisy day and night, with dogs barking regularly and a busy road not far away. Work in the neighboring apartment also caused a lot of noise during our stay, even though we'd asked about this beforehand and weren't warned.

Theo, the owner, is a wonderful person. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, in an elegant neighborhood away from the city bustle and just a few meters from one of the Algarve's loveliest beaches.

The owners were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment had all the amenities, and its prime location made it easy to explore the whole Algarve.
