We were there for a week in February and got upgraded to a superior suite, which was excellent. There aren't shops or restaurants right outside, though a local bus stop is just beyond the site. Staff everywhere, from housekeeping and reception to the restaurant and night team, were friendly and helpful. Food choices were a little limited, but still very good value. Free craft activities ran daily, with entertainment and activities in the evenings as well.

The hotel was spotless from our room to the shared areas, and we didn't hear noise at night. It's in a quiet spot with amenities nearby, and breakfast had a great selection. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic stay, especially for the price.

We had a lovely time and would definitely come back. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. Breakfast was good overall, though the eggs weren't cooked enough and the beans were rather watery.

We were a couple staying at Turim Hotel in Praia do Vau this November, and the relaxed feel and location suited us well. On my birthday, there was a small bottle of wine and a little cake waiting in our room, a really thoughtful surprise. The hotel stayed clean and comfortable throughout, and the staff were especially friendly and attentive. A warm, welcoming place to stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, but it's a long way from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast came with the room; it was okay, though mostly bread and similar items. During a heavy downpour we ate dinner there one night. It cost 27 euros, and the turkey legs were dry and tasteless. We complained about both the food and the price, and staff said other guests had complained too. We also raised it at reception and suggested a refund. I was relieved dinner wasn't included for our whole stay, and I wouldn't return.
