The pool was a real highlight, and the accommodation was spacious and spotless. My family and I spent a week at Vitor's Plaza, from 20th to 27th September, and had a wonderful holiday. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we loved the atmosphere in the restaurant and bar. We ate at the hotel bar three nights, and the food was fantastic. Getting to Alvor was easy. We could walk there, or use Uber. There were plenty of cars, the ride took about five minutes, and cost only 3-4 euros. There’s a lovely bakery and supermarket about a 15-minute walk away on the route to town for a bigger shop. The on-site Mini Market also has most essentials. The beach shuttle was excellent too. The driver, who lives in Alvor, was welcoming and gave us loads of information about the area. I can’t remember his name, but thanks to him. We also had some wonderful meals in Alvor. The resort had everything I’d hoped for, including fantastic facilities, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We were so sad to leave. A huge thank you to everyone at Vitor's Plaza for looking after us. It was my perfect holiday.

The staff made our September holiday for me. They were kind, friendly, efficient, and fun to chat with. The entertainment team were great too, engaging everyone and making it a lot of fun. The hotel itself was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and had wonderful facilities. We had such a good time, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more.

It’s away from most shops, which makes it quiet in the evenings. There’s a large shop about a 10-minute walk away, and cabs are affordable for getting to nearby towns. The rooms were clean and tidy, and all the staff were excellent. A special mention to the reception team and Rui.

The apartments are very spacious, with a decent-sized balcony, and they’re cleaned every other day. The pool is large enough, there are plenty of sun loungers, and the shared areas are very clean. Alvor is a short ride away, about €5 with Uber. I’d definitely recommend it.

The front desk staff were friendly enough, but sound carried through the walls and floors. We could hear people yelling, kids screaming, and running around. The Wi-Fi and TV kept cutting in and out for two days, mostly out. The pool closes at 8 pm, which felt too early. I felt bad for families who needed to keep their kids entertained during those days.
