Acm034 Bombarda Homes, Spacious 1BR w/ Balcony

I'm giving it zero stars if I could. We booked two nights, but the apartment was filthy, with damp walls, mold, and an unbearable smell. The photos don't show what it's really like, and both the condition of the place and the host's handling of it were appalling. We asked to move to another room and waited four hours. The only option they gave us was to cancel and get a refund, so we had to leave after traveling all the way from Spain. The photos show the state of the accommodation, which is completely unsuitable. We also asked for a complaint form, which they're legally required to provide, but they refused.

We waited for hours, but the hosts did nothing to fix the problem. When we asked for a complaint form, they refused, despite it being required by law, and told us to call the police and file a complaint against them if we wanted. The apartment was in poor condition, and the hosts showed no professionalism. There was mold on the walls and an unbearable musty smell, which they seemed to be trying to cover with a humidifier. The staff member in charge said other guests had complained about this before us, but the hosts wouldn't provide an effective solution. Lowest possible rating.

A great location, close to everything, and a spacious place in a small building with good facilities. Two couples and a child fit comfortably. The kitchen was also very well set up for preparing and eating meals every day. The hosts were kind, spent some of their time in the building if we needed them, and were also available on WhatsApp. The only downside wasn't part of the accommodation itself. A shop across the street played loud music on some nights, and we could hear it in the bedrooms despite the sound insulation. It usually stopped around midnight, which might bother some people.

Parking is available, and there's a parking garage nearby too. The apartment was central and well located, with everything we needed and more. Very clean, a perfect 10/10, and absolutely recommended. A fantastic couple managed the place and helped and advised us throughout. 10 out of 10!
