The staff were nice, and the first-floor apartment at By Almada 340 was cozy and well equipped for our weekend. Sleep was the problem: noise from a street party and footsteps and shouting upstairs came straight through the extremely thin walls. It was a bit disappointing.

I’d warn people against booking with this greedy, grasping company while things are so uncertain. In 2020, they ignored the exceptional circumstances and kept our money even though our country had banned flights to Portugal. There are plenty of other companies in Porto. Take my advice and avoid this selfish lot. Despicable!

The building is well located, and the rooms are new, clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. We got a thoughtful welcome with tips on what to see in Porto, plus useful help with the apart. BA tourist app. Congratulations to José and the team.

We could walk to the tourist sights from this convenient location. The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

Yoan was wonderful, filling us in on all the things to do nearby. The room was spacious and tidy, with a nice outdoor seating area. We’ll definitely come back!
