BO - Almada 346

Alex is the real standout. We’d just checked in, and I wanted to review him right away: he was kind, incredibly informative, and very communicative. Hope you get him at check-in! The location is spectacular, and the rooms are perfectly adequate and functional.

Alex deserves a special thank you. He was practically our tour guide, helping us discover the city’s incredible sights and experiences, and went above and beyond. Before we even left home, the hosts and staff were already checking that we’d arrive safely and had arranged airport transport both ways. Our apartment at BO - Almada 346 and 6 was clean, spacious, and had a lovely balcony to relax on. We also enjoyed making breakfast in the kitchen. We loved our stay in this beautiful city and can’t thank everyone enough. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

There was a lot of noise from the rusty wooden floor whenever we walked around the flat. Even so, we really enjoyed staying in this very clean building right in the heart of Porto, on a busy street among restaurants and landmarks. The main sights are about a 7-10 minute walk away. We didn’t get to meet the managers, but they sent all the details we needed through WhatsApp.

The apartment was very nice and in a good location, and the on-site service was good. But communication during the pandemic was poor, and at night the thin walls let in noise from both the street and the apartment above. We couldn’t sleep.
