The neighborhood has cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, from tapas bars to Portuguese places, and Casa da Música is within walking distance. The city center takes about 10-15 minutes on foot. Boavista Guest House is also handy for getting around: Carolina Michaelis metro station is a five-minute walk away, with a direct airport line. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast was fresh, varied, and high quality, with fruit, pastries, and bread. The staff were very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. It's a fantastic base for a Porto visit.

Getting settled was easy, with a smooth check-in and a warm, attentive welcome from the staff. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Boavista Guest House is close to buses and the metro, but the area was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. I had a lovely stay and will definitely come back. I'd recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

The room was tiny but pleasant, and breakfast was nice, though there were no scrambled eggs. The reception people were kind, and I appreciated the welcome drink.

It isn't exactly central, but the neighborhood felt safe even at night, and there's a cafe next door that stays open late. The riverside area, where lots of people go for wine tastings and such, is an easy 1-2k walk away. Public transit is easy to reach. The room was clean and modern. Small, but comfortable for two. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and the front desk is staffed around the clock. Breakfast was a simple buffet, but the food was really high quality. I'd happily stay here again.

We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived, and the service team were really helpful. Everything was clean, there was a little terrace, and breakfast was very good.
