My stay in one of this group’s apartments was terrible. I expected two beds, but there was only one bed and a broken sofa bed. The accommodation gave me no assistance. Stay away!

We only found out a week before our stay that renovations were scheduled for the apartment during our dates. The host hadn’t kept us informed, then offered different dates as though you can just change vacation plans at the snap of a finger. This is making a mockery of the world!! Tripadvisor has been incompetent and unable to reach the host. So far, there’s been no compensation for the rental we had to find in a rush, which of course cost more. Avoid this host and Tripadvisor!
