Casual Raizes Porto Hotel by Casual Hoteles

After spending the day out in Porto, it was lovely to come back to a clean, comfortable bed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we didn’t need much else for our two-day visit. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is right in the centre of town, close to everything and easy to reach on foot. Thank you for looking after us.

We slept really well for all six days, with no noise or disturbances. The room was cleaned every day without us asking, and everything smelled fresh. Staff were always warm and welcoming at the entrance, and breakfast was nice. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that stay open late. At first we weren’t sure about choosing this place over similarly priced hotels with more stars, but it felt warm and inviting, so we stayed. Thanks for a lovely visit. Pawel & Mavi

It’s in a great area, and you can walk to everything in Porto. The room was nicely decorated, very clean, and quiet for all 3 nights. There was hot water, and the staff were friendly. The lobby wasn’t as cute as the rooms. I also didn’t like being charged extra to use the coffee machine. I feel espresso should be included with the stay, and charging for little things like that made it feel less welcoming.

The friendly receptionist gave me a complimentary glass of port, which was a lovely welcome. There’s also a garden at the back where you can relax. The hotel is on a main street, with plenty of places to eat and shops for souvenirs. I’ve only just arrived, but the room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
