The location is very central, so there was a lot of street noise, as expected. Our spacious second-floor apartment, room 2D, had two double beds and another bed in the living room. The bathroom is in the middle and doesn't ventilate well, though that wasn't a big problem. Staff were there for check-in and replied quickly on WhatsApp or the Booking App.

The place was very nice, though a bit dated. We didn't have an iron, and there was no brush for cleaning the toilet. There were black patches all around the shower.

The location is excellent, but street traffic was noisy enough to wake us during the night. As others have mentioned, the bathroom had lots of mold and there were cracks in the wall. The empty fridge smelled awful too.

The apartment was clean, but it was badly maintained and had mold on the walls. It was hard to breathe at night, and the place was pretty noisy. We barely made it through two nights. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Europe. Please don’t go there, it was a disaster.

For a family with two kids, the price was very affordable. The place is large, clean, and completely new, right in the real center of Porto. A perfect place to stay.
